Josh and I went to purchase a new camcorder today because we weren't happy with the one we bought a couple weeks ago. We wanted to have one for the fourth, but they were sold out of the one we wanted. We checked a couple other places with no luck. It looks like we will have to wait until Tuesday or so to get it.
Josh and I also tried grilling out for the first time. It was a partial success. We grilled corn, eggplant, chicken, and veggie burgers. The corn and eggplant turned out pretty well. The chicken was a bit pink even though the thermometer said it was done. The veggie burgers were crumbly and fell through the grill.
However, before Josh put the last patty on the grill, I took it inside and put it in a skillet to cook. Thankfully, it worked out well.After dinner we played some video games for a while. We also roasted marshmellows which turned out wonderfully (it's hard to mess that up).
